Do I have to provide an invoice in order to receive payment?
Amazon does not expect you to provide an invoice in order to receive Associate's payments. You will be paid automatically if you have earned the minimum payment threshold. No VAT is payable by Amazon on your Associate's earnings. However, please double check if your local law may require you to send us an invoice anyway - please check whether this rule applies to you, nevertheless.
