Amazon only shows a matching product once the ad is viewed several times on your site (typically 2 - 3 times). When the ad is displayed the first and second time we display selected bestsellers from various product lines. Note: In some cases it can take up to 3-4 hours until we serve the matching products in your ad.

You do not allow our system to crawl / spider the sites

You must allow our spider (Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; >> AMZNKAssocBot/4.0)) to crawl your website. The crawl is needed in order to identify the content of your website and provide matching products. If you do not allow our spider to crawl your website(s) we will display selected products from our product lines in the Self-Optimising Links.

Usage of Frames

If you are using frames on your website, please take the following into consideration when using the new link type.

The only content (e.g. text) that the Self-Optimizing Links take into consideration is the content in the frame in which the ads are placed. If no content is displayed in this frame we will, at this stage, not be able to identify any relevant content. In this case we will display selected bestseller products from our product lines.
